大学院生の西岡さんが下記の研究論文をResuscitation誌から発表しました。院外心停止を患者の長期的な神経学的転帰を来院後早期の情報から予測するモデルを開発したものです。LASSOという近年用いられるようになった手法を用いてモデルを開発しています。論文内では、神経学的予後不良の予想確率を計算するためのウェブアプリも紹介されています。臨床現場での意思決定に役立つ研究と思われます。
